All content on this Website—including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, logos, designs, photos, videos, and layout—is the exclusive property of Dot Sphere and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works from, or use any part of our content without prior written consent.

3. Use of Services

Your use of our design, marketing, research, or educational services is subject to the terms and conditions provided to you in a separate service agreement, quotation, or proposal. Misuse or unauthorized use of our services may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using our Website or requesting services
  • Not engage in any activity that may harm, disable, or impair the Website or its services
  • Not use the Website for any unlawful purpose

7. Payment and Invoicing

All pricing and payment terms will be shared with you through written quotations or invoices. Payments are typically collected in milestones with a 60% advance required to initiate work. Dot Sphere reserves the right to apply late fees on overdue payments.

8. Portfolio and Credit Use

By engaging Dot Sphere for creative work, you grant us the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Refund Policy

Dot Sphere is a creative service agency, and all our services are customized and non-returnable in nature. As such, we maintain the following refund policy:

a) Non-Refundable Items

  • All advance payments (typically 60%) made towards services are non-refundable.
  • Custom design, branding, marketing, and digital assets are non-refundable due to the creative time, strategy, and effort invested.

b) Dissatisfaction

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective elements like style or aesthetics is not a valid reason for refund.
  • We offer 2 rounds of revisions as part of our service to accommodate feedback and ensure satisfaction.

c) Project Abandonment or Inactivity

  • If the client becomes unresponsive or delays the project for over 30 days, the project may be marked as inactive, and any amount paid will be forfeited.
  • Reactivation of projects may incur additional charges.

d) Refund Requests

  • Refund requests (if applicable) must be made in writing within 10 days of project delivery.
  • Any approved refund will be processed within 14 business days of acceptance and credited via the original payment method.

e) Exceptions

  • In cases of duplicate payment, billing error, or technical issues on our part, a full refund will be provided after internal verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dot Sphere shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website or services at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or any unlawful use of our platform.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munger, Bihar.
